Your journey will begin with a personal leadership assessment, followed by two dynamic training sessions on June 24 - 25 and Agustus 13 – 14 , 2025. These sessions will be packed with practical tools, insightful discussions, and hands-on challenges. Beyond the training room, your development will continue through 1-on-1 coaching in the form of a Development Dialogue, and the application of your leadership through an Individual Development Plan all facilitated by ACT Consulting International.
This program brings together academic foundations and real-world leadership experience delivered in 4 powerful modules over 4 days, spaced out to give you time to reflect and apply.
